Mt. Semour Hikes

I’m getting into hiking mode again.  I was recently out for a couple of hikes on the lower third of Mt. Seymour where I paid a visit to the Shrine.  Savor!

I made two short videos of the “Awesome Mountain Manliness”.

Two Walks

This past holiday Monday I went for two walks.  One to North Vancouver via the Second Narrows Bridge and the other out in the tranquil forests of Pacific Spirit Park.  Not exactly an urban escape but the beautiful weather apprehended my imaginations. Savor!

PNE I

Hi all.  It’s been a while.  Life takes over and before you know it two months have passed.  Spring is in the air (at least here in Vancouver) and soon my schedule will slow a little and occasionally I’ll be able to escape my urban imprisonment. Recently I was able to take a couple of winter walks at the P.N.E.  Savor!

Autumn Walk

A cloudy fall day at Stanley Park.  Savor!

Bike Ride

I was away for the last few weeks of August and the first week of September, then back to work.  The short story is I haven’t had have time to post for a while.  The long story is the posts should be relatively regular for the next while.

First, I forgot about a ride my nephew and I did around Stanley Park last June.  We’ve been doing this ride annually since he came up to my waist…now I come up to his!  Savor!

Victoria Visit

While in Victoria my main purpose was to visit an old coach, mentor and friend, Mr. V.  We had a great time which included a walk to Beacon Hill Park.  Savor!

Royal BC Museum

While visiting an old friend in Victoria this past June, a trip to the Royal BC Museum was in order.  I hadn’t been there since elementary school. Savor!

De Pencier Bluffs

Up on the De Pencier Bluffs over two weekends. Quite the incongruity in weather. Savor!
